Cancellation Policy

Appointments will require a credit card to secure all requested services.
Deposits are required for all color services and WILL be applied to services booked.
No shows will require deposits towards future appointments. More than two no shows will be blocked for any future appointments.
A minimum of 24-48 hr notice is required to cancel or reschedule all appointments.
In the event color cancellations are given less than 24 hr notice for appointments the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service missed.
No shows will be charged 100% of service missed. Non refundable/transferable
